Great staff in person and on the phone! It was very easy to make an appointment. I called the day before and they were able to fit me in the next morning. They do walk-ins too! I like that they close at 7pm, later than most offices, so some people can make it after work if necessary. As a first time patient, the paperwork was simple. Once my paperwork was done, I waited about 5 minutes and was brought back into a room. The doctor was in the room shortly after. Dr. Keating has great bedside manners and was very knowledgeable and informative. I will be back for future adjustments!
